The Entrepreneurial Way of Operating, Right?
I think that those people who have the ability to control their organizations will consider this way of operating. For me, I could not work in a place in which I didn't have the opportunity to make sense of something. So it's a personal choice. If you feel that's important, you will gravitate to organizations that are more idea meritocratic and evolution will take its course.
