I'm an interventionist. I think we should have interfered in roanda, prevented hundreds of thousands of people from being macheti to death. In cases where it involves nation occupation and nation building, no, that, as we've seen, has always gone wrong. You generate obligations once you've actually occupied a country and created a different type of state there. But russia's attack on ukraine is an attack on europe. It's an attack on the united states. And ukrane is getting punished because it was on its way. We generated commitments to ukraine. We absolutely ought to be interfering in any case where we can prevent jenicide. So
