How to Measure Value in a Data Team
Data teams often aren't so good at measuring themselves. Business operations are a great way of identifying value within a business, reducing inefficiencies and time to action on support tickets. I'd also recommend that businesses create a way for their users to share the value that they've achieved through the data platform back to the data team.
