Relaxed, receptive attention is one of the greattem plates for pure wakefulness and awareness. Mi gently scan through the body, listening to and feeling the livenessperhaps starting with the region of the eyes may be softening a little. Noticing how, with listening, you can't control anything. Sounds spontaneously arise and move and disappear on their own.
