I call it executive presence. It's basically what you just said, being able to talk to different departments and do the things that an in-house hire, especially an executive level would do. So a lot of people have the strategy. But then a lot of agencies will have those two pieces, but won't have the ability to actually make change, make shit happen in the organization. That's where I come in because I can put together the strategy, I can guide the team, I can build the relationships, but I also can absolutely roll at my sleeves and help with the production if need be," she says.
