Buyback Thoughts on the Gap

Walmart announced a $20 billion buyback which it sounds like a big number except you're talking about a $400 billion company. Morgan Stanley this morning lowers their 2023 e-commerce forecast for alphabet meta and amazonOkay so this kind of speaks a little bit to what we were just talking about it's not a one quarter thing. If the biggest names are decelerating right and headwinds in a difficult environment how can the stock market really move materially higher in a meaningful way?
