Are You Not Finger Pointing Yourself?

I think those that have a high sense of responsibility and accountability also have a tendency to put a lot of weight on their own shoulders, right? Absolutely. Even though it should never be, I don't think it should ever be on an individual level. The worst thing that you can do in that moment is finger point. But when there is a miscommunication, it's usually from both sides. What works with person A may not work with person B. So that's one of the things that makes my job so interesting.
