There's this need to see a character like anne get her comeuppence. And we're treating the story even thogh historical people, real people,. There's this temptation to treat them as fictional characters and to have very two dimensional views of them. This isn't a new thing by any means, because it was the same in the sixteenth century. So this is actually something that's been happening for a long time, and still happening now.
