The Importance of Being Strategic
I think as people who are socialized as female, we get really strong messages that to be strategic is manipulative. And that's something we're allowed to do. So if you're getting that from the outside, that can sink in and of course as ones we're going to feel guilt. I don't use the same word manipulative, but I realized that, you know, I was writing notes about even with close friends,. This feels like growth to me is just sort of maybe not questioning that, but asking the question.
