The Evolution of Religion in the 21st Century
The power of religion and its ability to have communities thrive is the strictness in some respects, says David Frum. In Silicon Valley tech companies are trying to create senses of belonging by integrating specific rituals into their work life that help them grow faster than other groups. But without these costly signaling rituals, I am skeptical about these groups thriving into the 20, you know, 22nd century, if you will.
