Aderman stands for address manager. And essentially what it does is stores all of these ip addresses. But there's a lot of cleverness in the design to make sure you're not again. If you stored everything, then that would be a memory dos. So how do you store it? How do you make sure that a malicious or inadvertent identity can't bias your adder man? Or how do we balance those extremes and have something reasonable where nodes can hear about addresses but also don't get superspaned?
