How to Predict a User's Behavior on a Platform

There's no historical record or traits of how that user is behaving on the Netflix platform. A traditional machine learning model would say, I have no data points. So you know, a recommender of TikTok will essentially take the clicks or the behavior of the user and predict immediately. Since we don't have records, we have to perform a prediction. We have to make a recommendation. But in fact, there is still a list of movies that are recommended and the user can potentially watch.
