The Rise of the Anti-Discrimination Movement

Efforts to repeal anti-discrimination ordinances inspired by Save Our Children were springing up all over in places like Wichita, Kansas. Charlie Brydon was a businessman who gathered other gang lesbian business people for networking lunches under the banner of the Dorian Group. His organization was instrumental in passing a nondiscrimination ordinance in Seattle in 1975.
