The Fly Wheel, the Foundation of My Riding Business

I'll use a jim collins fly wheel metaphor so if you know his fly wheel metaphor that was originally introduced, and good to great. It's a, you're trying to make your business into a like a fly wheel that it picks up momentum. And as you go around this fly wheel, it turns faster and faster. So it builds upon itself. That's the key to having something go somewhere interesting. And i often think about my riting business that way.
