How to Revitalize State Secrecy

i would start with the idea that we have too many secrets and we need to get it under control. i would want to make an example out of people at the fbi or the justice department like Andrew McCabe who by the way was involved in leaking sensitive information before the 2016 election, he never really paid any kind of price for that. I found the most appalling about the russia gate stuff was not only was the investigation not closed with prejudice but komi went in front of the cameras and invented this new standard which was well-deserved.
