The Impact Factor and Number of Times Cited Across Research Topics

Asian and white men are the most highly sided within groups for a given discipline. When we talk about inititives to diversify the scientific work force, it's beyond checking a box. It really shapes what we know. We can't improve the human condition if we are only drawing our perspectives from a small proportion of the population.
