Alignment

Alignment is something of a paradox. It obviosly does bring people together, but also the idea that it strengthens those separate business functionaries is something ofa paradox. But i guess in my experience, giving people the opportunity to do their job better is a real motivating factor. Then, you see, you get more by and you get more engagement with what trying to do. So, you know, its it is, what's in it? For me, really, yo, othing that s that's really important.
