The communal aspect of all of this is a real healing mechanism and one of the things that, that helps to reprogram that internal and external life. The act of doing for someone else or intending for someone else heals the healer himself. When we're in stress, stress hormones shut off the conscious thinking brain. It doesn't process that fast. And if you start to reduce the stress hormone reducing this processing from creative thinking then you become more clear and working with your conscious brain. That's the best part of the day when you're operating from that side of the system. But as I said, for the average person, about 5% of the day is when you're absolutely operating from that
