Is Your KPI Tree Your Alternative to Okars?
If you're if your company is pre-product market fit your alternative to okars is one metric Are how many? Customer insights are we generating every week and are we learning more about our product. You essentially stay with the same Same Framework, right? So we would still say that the kpi tree as we call it is your okr Alternative. And then you're basically assigning teams and people to move these metrics forward. But again, you can go in and when you have that kind of kpi tree you can iterate every single week.
