The Importance of Respecting Your Hero

Ian Chapel was never my hero because I was too young to have seen him play. But the more you get to know him, the more you begin to actually respect the man and what he stands for. And of course, there's so much else to admire about him. He has played a huge role in a lot of social causes in Australia. So, yeah, he's the first cricketer who's my choice. Okay, now to kind of go in the reverse direction - as being in front of my hero, who's still a hero, is Rahul Ravid.
