How Do You Know if You Have Alzheimer's Disease?
There is a dementia called frontotemporal dementia, where that is the first and most obvious structure that goes. Some other psychiatric diseases, like bipolar disorder, ADHD, ADD, and developmental disorders, like autism, also impact heavily the prefrontal cortex. To some, to people, it looks like it's a dramatic change, but of course, as you said, I think a lot of those personality traits, you don't notice them, it makes you know them really well.
