Microdosing Performance in a Team Sport Setting
In a team sport setting and in season training, you generally see teams lift one to two times a week. And the problem with that is let's say somebody misses a lift, then that's 50% of your training gone. So what I thought about was, well, instead of doing these like mega dose sessions, like an off season workout length, let's do a micro session. Instead of doing all of those stressors in one lift, I'm going to separate every one of those stressor. It can train not only more often, but more intense.
