The Importance of Human Centered Design

Don Norman has recently started saying instead of user centered design, it's how does this whole ecosystem affect human kind and human race? And I just I don't know. There's so many parallels there, which I find kind of fascinating. The other thing that I was thinking about, I was just on Jared Spool's metrics intensive a couple of weeks ago. One of the things he says is, you know, start thinking about a very specific user.
