There's a fascinating chart in the book about the relationship between engagement and frequency of feedback from a manager. And what's really interesting is that the folks who tend to work remotely more, when they get less feedback, they tend to have lower engagement levels than people who are in the traditional work place. The opposite is also true, that if you work remotely more and you get frequent feedback, the engagement levels are actually higher than they are in thetraditional work place. We we see the highest engagement and even the pre pandemic for people who more of a kind of a hybrid environment - working on sight, hybrid oror full time remote.
