Cedric: For sen task a, it definitely makes sense. I would do it the same way if we had o start over. And then for other companies, i think it would not work well. One thing that we did a bit differently in sent task, because we were remote, was our hiring process. Sometimes we got 609 hundred applications for a certain roll. If you can hire from a lot of time sones and geographies, then you might get a lot of applications.
