The sensitivity is in the mid to high 90s for detecting pneumothorax. The decision making about which one you are actually going to choose on that day might realistically change on a case by case basis, to be honest. But guess what? Life isn't that simple. So as we mentioned earlier, practice has evolved a lot over the last couple of decades and I think it's pretty clear which ones that need to intervene with and decompress.
