Is the Mind Creative?

Present day economists laugh at their predecessors for having made such untenable distinctions. In toiling and overcoming the disutility of labor, man adds some to the universe that did not exist before. The human mind alone has the power to remove uneasiness. To call the mind creative is not to indulge in any metaphysical speculations.
