i was so struck when you said being of service to your family you know to the wider community because i do think actually for a certain well i think in general that idea of being of service has been has been so tarnished as an ideal. We can waste a lot of time and self-indulgent distractions that don't get help us and don't allow us to help others but you're assuming that you want to take care of your needs because you want to be of service.
