Dormant Commerce Clause Is a Thing?

This case will be interesting to watch because some justices have questioned whether the dormant commerce clause is actually a thing. This is an important case that is about states ability to enact health safety and environmental rules. And as I suggested earlier, another potential important aspect of this case are it's possible implications for access to abortion and the ability to travel interstate to obtain an abortion.
