I think one of the things that's really hard for a lot of companies is figuring out what to measure. Like potential PR disaster costs and things like that. If you're need to change something fundamental about your architecture to cover those things, then you probably want to do it now rather than build twice later. We are missing outs on a vast number of customers when we don't imagine these journeys,. When we're actually just making products just because that's just how they work.
