Reuben sterman started out as a traveling candy and comic book salesman. He was mobbed up with the cleveland syndicate, most likely by italian and jewish racketeers. Sterman then expanded into coin operated peep shows in stores that he didn't own. His company had legal problems starting around 19 63 when one of their warehouses got raided. Sterman decided to sue the fbi for violating his free speech rights.
