The first big study into all cause mortality is inconclusive as to whether it has a positive or negative effect. The studies were undertaken at a time when where there was also protective measures in place against covert, there weren't that many cobit cases. There's no way i can say this would be the net effect in any context of the vaccines. It also depends very much e group we know.
