I think at some point using data in pretty sophisticated ways will become as ubiquitous if not fashionable as we use email or the internet today. Ben: From my perspective, data serves as the conduit or that glue between the two functions of business and technology. And really is about trying to be more informed as an organization with all the elements that you have within a data warehouse.
