How to Preach the Word to the Elders

Leadership is so hard, requires so much wisdom. When leadership is good, what a blessing it is. I love how men come to this city ambitious for this or that career and they get cool jobs here in the city of DC. Those ambitions are often replaced by ambition to lead the church to shepherd the sheep. How do you help instill those wonderful sheep sacrificing, caring, nurturing ambitions? That's my last question.
