How to Communicate With Senior Leaders on Change Symptoms

The scope and the role of the PMO is changing. So if senior leaders are not asking these questions, they will be soon about what all changes are we trying to digest. The root cause is usually that the projects aren't being set up for success before they've ever started. But as PMO leaders, I think that we can influence our approach to put some structure around this year's change.
