Is There a Pressure to Keep Up With Technology?

Youthink we've already reached the point where technology is growing at such a rapid pace that it's actually impossible to keep up and be able to properly legislate it. I still feel like its the wild west out here sometimes, like we don't even know all the rules change the whole twitter, d m c a thing,. but their eyed poccalyps are so far behind our own knowledge. Like there's always this thing, tech will eventually surpass our ability to understand it or whatever, or i will be building a lhike mound with some of these people who have no idea what they're doing.
