How to Identify and Surround Yourself With Talent
I'm tenacious about rigor. So when we use terms, I like to use them carefully. For me, one of the reasons I've been here for 33 years in June or whatever has been that, you know, it's it you surround yourself with people who are smarter than you more talented than you in areas where you have a gap. And so and they're also really friendly about this. There's opportunity all around us and and great collaborators all around us. But I think it's being careful about stating the question and then figuring out where our gaps are.
