The Debt Ceiling Is Unconstitutional

A federal judge said the President could address the debt ceiling using Executive Branch authority. Michael Dorff: I'm not really sure, until we hit the so-called X date, the president isn't going to address it by borrowing additional funds. The idea of having the US Mint create a coin with a face value of approximately $3 trillion has been refloted this time around.
