How to Conquer the Difficult With the Good
The last psychological pathology that we are always doomed with, if ever so subtly, is masochism. Masochism is commonly understood, is associated with gaining sexual excitement for pain. But I think there's a larger form of masochism as well that actually extends much broader. And that is to confuse the difficult with the good.
