The First Half of 1794

Toulon was the last holdout, and it had been retaken by the republic back in december. By june 17 94, federalism had been rotting in an open grave for six months. So obviously, no major emergency on that front. The spanish had penetrated across the pyrenees in 17 93, but a reinforced french line had pushed them back in the spring of 17 94. And then those guys would just keep rolling. In the end, the first half of 17 94 was defined by a couple of french thrusts being turned back by the allies,. not major french defeats.
