If you answer questions that are tied to where students most commonly get stuck, then they'll be able to get the guide s they need to move forward. So here's what ours looks like. Before we even release an evergreen programme, my content team thinks about everything in the course and asks, where will students get stuck? What areas, strategies or requirements might hold them back from moving forward if they don't have everything they need at the moment? And then we start compiling a list of questions associated with those areas. Once your students start going through your course, you'll begin to notice what questions are most often asked,. You'll start to build out your cue and a vault that way

And even if you haven’t created your evergreen course yet, if you’ve ever taken one, you know exactly what I’m talking about.
