A lot of people online don't read content they skim content. You have to design the reading experience of the content in front of you and so that includes having subheadings as checkpoints for a reader's eye because they're not going to read if you write a thousand words they're probably going to read 300 of those words. If you're doing kind of the traditional model of writing big bulky paragraphs people are going to gloss over, he says.
