Do Dogs Come From Two Populations of Wolves?
Today's dogs are more closely related to wolves from eastern eurasia than to wolves from other parts of the world. This research doesn't conclusively settle the question of when and where dogs were first domesticated. Workers replacing gas pipes in italy have found a floor mosaic believed to be art of a villa owned by theodoric, king of the ostrogoths.
