Rick Steves: I think my limitation is around Freud's understanding of the symptom and religion. In your three pronged approach, you talked about illusion, the super ego, and then the symptom if I'm remembering that correctly. And I'm just curious how that fits into all this before we kind of jump into Lacan. No, well said, Rick. I just couldn't agree more.
