The Importance of Usability Studies
I think it's a, it's a big mistake that most companies don't have developers talk to users. When they see the pain, there's a very good chance they come up with a more elegant, faster solution than what you, the product person are. I feel really lucky that my career is an engineer instead of just looking at data and then developing for clients which is the other side of the trap. That's how it's often done, but it's not great.
