The Structure and Framework of a Reat
A reat at its very heart is very similar to a mutual fund. What read does is it pulls the investments from these investors, whether it's a retail investor institutional invester, domestic or foreign. And then in turn makes the investments and infuses the moneys in buying large scale commercial properties which are 80 % income genrating. The backing to the investments that we make is this long tenured contracts by these large global companies.
