Are Women More Risk Averse Than Men in Investment Decisions?

In a new study, researchers found that married couples who have only female kids are more likely to invest in the stock market. But single mothers and fathers with male children did not change their stock holdings based on the gender of their daughters or sons. The results were contrary to what many people thought would happen because women tend to be risk-averse when it comes to financial decision making. It's possible households feel as if they're going to be more financially responsible for female children than they are for male children,. I don't know. This is just hyporicingaro but i think it's a pretty interesting fact to uncover.
