Apple events and Apple script are embedded in the operating system at this point. And I actually added support for running frontier scripts from drag thing entirely because Douglas Adams emailed me and asked if I would do it. But still you have to respect the foresight of putting Apple events in way back then as that wasn't a thing on Windows. It really was the start of user based automation in a lot of ways.
