The biggest mind shift personally in the last six months has been let me tell you the way I used to think and how I'm thinking now. When it comes to a consulting service it's like a binary relationship either it's absolutely amazing and the client loves it or they're going to ask for their money back. In a conversation with my friend Pat from Ruby Steps we realized collectively that it's actually more of a gradient. What I'm providing can exist throughout the spectrum there's an opportunity for me to have new services, he says.
