The Challenges of Developing Distributed Systems Clusters
In the west, research and demployment is dominated by private sexture actors. This isn't true in china. We actually see chinese publications cover much more technical aspects of researchn than western ones. And i think thet this correlates to some of the enthusiasm over there. There's one additional problem, which is that it's really hard for univiversities to hire and pay engineers.
